Snef Connect has been selected by the Grand-Est Region to support the transformation of security at public high schools as part of the Horus Program. This strategic initiative demonstrates our expertise in integrating complex systems and our ability to address cybersecurity challenges in sensitive public infrastructure.

The Context

The Grand-Est Region is undertaking a major transformation of security at its public high schools, with a clear objective: to consolidate all security systems under a unified, secure, and interoperable supervision framework.

Snef Connect is involved in two strategic lots:

  • Lot 3: Integrator – Design and integration of the security architecture

  • Lot 4: Installer - On-site deployment and commissioning

Our Mission

Deploy a unified security architecture across more than 250 facilities over a 6-year period, enabling:

  • System integration: video surveillance, access control, threat alarms, and IoT sensors within a single monitoring platform

  • Standardization: standardized equipment and procedures across all high schools

  • Integration: solutions connected to the existing regional infrastructure, in coordination with other program components

  • Deployment: on-site commissioning and configuration of equipment

  • Cybersecurity: network segmentation, data encryption, strong authentication, GDPR compliance, and ANSSI requirements
